Thank you for your interest in membership with the National Alliance for Musical Theatre.
Please complete this application form and click "Submit" at the bottom of the last page. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

This application is designed to be a one-size-fits-all form to encompass our diverse membership; some fields may not apply to your specific situation and are not required.

When you become a member, some of the information gathered here will be used to populate our Member Directory, Production Directory, and NAMT by the Numbers Survey. While it is helpful to us to receive this data now, many of these fields are not required at this time. We don't want gathering this info to be a barrier to you applying!

Shortly after your application is received, a membership committee member may contact you for further information.  The committee and the board of directors will then review your application. If you have any questions, please contact Membership Director Adam Grosswirth at adam@namt.org or (212) 714-6668 x15.
